He used to say: “God gave them to me, how can I sell them to somebody else?” All achievements of Carver were unusual at his time for an African American.

All the qualities and benefits of nuts are used in cosmetics – butter to protect your skin, masks to protect your hair, and even perfumes benefit from their delightful aroma. However, the true beauty of a woman comes from within. Ayurveda – the holistic medicine also called “science of life” has discovered that all kinds of nuts and their milk and butter are great for pacifying the Vata Dosha – the most important of the three principles of the body. The nuts should be fresh and seasonal. Almonds are considered to be sattvic nuts, where “sattvic” stands for the quality of positivity, goodness, balance, peace, confidence, and virtue. (12)
